Orders show up as WhatsApp texts, voice notes and blurry screenshots. Someone types every single one into a sheet. Usually after dinner.
Prices, policies, "is this in stock?" Your team answers them all day long, and nobody's counting the hours it quietly eats.
The answer's in an SOP, a contract or last year's price list. Somewhere. Good luck finding it while the customer's waiting on the line.
None of this needs a giant software project. It needs one well-built system aimed at exactly the thing that hurts.

Your customers keep ordering the way they already do. We turn their messages into clean, structured orders in your sheet or system. Built on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, so you're not gambling your business number on some grey-market tool.
Hand over your SOPs, manuals, contracts and price lists. Ask questions in plain English, or Hinglish. Get answers that point to the exact page they came from, so your team can check instead of just trusting.
Form fill to sheet to email to CRM to invoice. The stuff that eats your Monday. We wire it together with n8n and a bit of custom code, so it runs without anyone babysitting it.

A few real ones. Client names are left out, because honestly, that's their business.
Customers order straight from a WhatsApp catalog and cart. When they just type a message instead (they always do), AI reads it and turns it into a proper order. Designed around WhatsApp's real limits, like the 24-hour reply window and number tiers, not the happy path.
Document question-answering that runs in production, not in a notebook. PDFs go in, grounded answers with their sources come out. The boring parts, like ingestion, chunking and retrieval quality, got just as much love as the chatbot.
Our open-source RAG app. PyMuPDF to read the PDFs, ChromaDB to search them, duplicate files caught before they pollute the index, and a reranking step before the model ever sees a chunk. Every line is public, so you can judge the work yourself.
Turns messy requests for quotation into clean, structured requirements, then helps make sense of the quotes that come back. Built against the clock, which is a pretty good test of whether you actually know your tools.
